Typical Week:

• Monday - Friday
• Weekends off, but on call for Lovell FHCC and AMCK

Monday - Friday

• 7:00 - 7:45 am: textbook chapter review
• 8:00 am: start outpatient or inpatient service
• Time available year-round on most days to study board review videos prepared by leading pulmonary organizations
• Finish clinical duties approximately 5:00 - 6:00 pm (though could be later depending on circumstances)

Friday afternoon weekly didactics

• 1:00 pm: interesting case conference
• 2:00 pm: pulmonary grand rounds
• 3:00 pm: journal club

Continuity clinic

• 3 days per week at Lovell FHCC and ½ day per week at Mt. Sinai

Scholarship other than scheduled didactics

• Attendance and participation in local and international pulmonary conferences
• Conducting, writing up, and presenting clinical research
• Participation in writing of review material, as textbook chapters
• Participation in quality improvement projects
